Mazipan is essentially an almond paste,very sweet, composed typically of almost 60% sugar, then molded into likenesses of green apples, tomatoes, bananas, watermelon, pears - any shape or form imaginable.

Occasionally, we like to shape it into unusual forms. For instance, in our display case are currently.... They are so realistic, and actually in appearance you would think them toy refrigerator magnets, but don't be deceived. Go ahead and eat them!
