Mike's Pastry guarantees your satisfaction 100%


Shipping Days are Monday Wednesday and Thursday.


Mike's does not ship on Tuesdays or Fridays.
Orders placed after 3PM will be shipped on the next shipping day.

Shipping Options

Mike's Pastry uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping, and options are presented to you upon checkout based on your location. Correct Zip Codes are critical as they are used to determine shipping!

UPS shipping options are as follows:

  • UPS Ground - depending on your proximity to Boston, Massachusetts, orders shipped via UPS Ground may arrive next day. Please consult the UPS map below for UPS Ground Transit times to your location.
  • Next Day Air - order arrives the next business day after the order is placed.
  • Next Day Air Saver- order arrives the next business day after order is placed, by the afternoon.


  • IMPORTANT: You must fill out your ship-to information completely and correctly! UPS will charge $13 for errors in shipping address, so please take the time to make certain that the destination information for your order is correct, especially the Zip Code.



    Returns

    If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please return the package and its contents within 2 (two) days and indicate the reason for the return.
    *Food is a perishable item; we CANNOT accept returns if we are not informed within 2 (two) days of your receipt of your Mike's Pastry online order.

    Return shipping may be arranged via UPS Ground, and the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

    Upon receipt of the returned goods we will either send out a new order to replace the ordered item, or process a refund, at your request.
