Frequently Asked Questions about Mike’s Pastry

When will I receive my order?
Mike’s Pastry’s Web Store is pre-coded with all shipping options available to you based on your shipping location. If an order can arrive in the same time via UPS Ground as it can via Next Day Air, you will be able to choose this as a shipping option. We do not make money on shipping; we simply try to provide all options possible as a convenience to our customers.
I'm allergic to -----, who do I speak to about this?
Call Mike’s Pastry at 617.742.3050, we can give you a complete description of all ingredients for our on line product offerings, and avoid any complications due to allergies.
What do I do if my shipment is damaged, or I am unsatisfied with the items received?

Why can't I choose UPS Ground for Cannoli or Lobstertails?
Cannoli Kits and Lobstertails are highly sensitive products, and must arrive the next day in order to ensure freshness and integrity. While our Cannoli Kit is specially packed with custom materials to survive the trip, it still requires next day delivery to arrive intact. If UPS Ground does not service your location the next day, this option will not be available to you for these products, and you must choose between Next Day Air and Next Day Saver.
